THE INNOVATION POLICY OF TURKEY

Summary

It is discussed an innovative policy of Turkey, it is shown analyzes of results and method of approaches, which Turkey has reached with new innovative policy development and implementation le analyzes peculiarities and development stages of national innovation systems formation of Singapure and Malaysia implemented on the basis of large-scale attraction of state, private sector and foreign capital. It is shown that close cooperation between state bodies, public sector and scientific circles and significant state investment in science made possible quick innovative development. The analysis of comparative data showed the advantage of national innovation system of Singapure over its `great neighbor“.
